Yes.Fit just dropped two powerful features that are here to change the game:
🔥 Live K — the all-out, one-and-done race challenge
🔥 Streaks — the week-by-week consistency tracker that builds real habits

Whether you’re chasing a leaderboard spot or just trying to make it off the couch three times a week, we’ve got something for you.


🏃‍♀️ LIVE K: One Workout. One Shot. No Do-Overs.

This isn’t your average virtual race. Live K challenges you to record just one workout at the required distance (or slightly over). That’s it. No second tries. No manual entries. Just you, your device, and the clock.

🔍 Here’s how it works:

  • One workout only—record your best effort for {miles} miles
  • 📱 Connected devices required (Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.)
  • 🚫 No manual entry allowed
  • ⏱️ Real-time leaderboard—see how you rank against others by gender and age group
  • 🧠 Plan ahead—if your workout is too short, it won’t count; too long, and it may slow your time
  • 📦 All rewards ship the next business day after the race ends

It’s not about who finishes first—it’s about who finishes fastest.
So lace up, stretch out, and go all in. You only get one shot.


🔁 STREAKS: Build Consistency, One Week at a Time

Need help sticking to your routine? Say hello to Streaks—a feature that tracks your progress and keeps you moving week after week.

Complete your goal each week and your streak keeps growing. Miss it? Your streak resets to zero (but don’t worry—you can start again anytime).

💪 What can you track?

  • Workouts per week (default goal: 3)
  • 🚶 Weekly steps
  • 📏 Weekly miles

You can set your own goals, too—whether you’re going for 10K steps, 2 workouts, or a marathon week.

📲 Bonus Perks:

  • Get push notifications if your streak is in danger (just enable notifications!)
  • Not feeling the pressure? Set your weekly goal to 0, and we won’t bug you
  • Check your streak progress daily in the Daily Digest tab in the Yes.Fit app

The more consistent you are, the higher your streak—and the better you’ll feel.
