Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip 

This Savory Cottage Cheese Dip is creamy, protein-packed, and perfect for pairing with fresh veggies or whole-grain crackers. Made with full-fat cottage cheese and fresh herbs, it’s a healthy snack or appetizer that comes together in minutes—no guilt, all flavor.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

    Serve with sliced cucumbers, carrots, or whole-grain crackers. Or use as a spread on your favorite deli sandwich.
