By this time she had an alter ego named Zee The Red Fox as a trail name. It helped with her mental health. She slowly worked from 5k’s to 10k’s. Then, decided she wanted to do a half marathon. Gettysburg Blue and Grey. And used the wine series virtual races to train for it.

Tammy’s dietary habits underwent a drastic overhaul, bidding farewell to sugary sodas and fast food in favor of nutritious, wholesome meals. Through perseverance and dedication, she transformed her daily menu from one laden with unhealthy choices to a balanced array of nourishing foods.

But Tammy’s journey wasn’t without its hurdles. From battling candy cravings to overcoming injuries, she faced numerous obstacles head-on, emerging stronger and more resilient with each setback.

Fast forward to today, and Tammy’s life has undergone a remarkable transformation. Armed with a newfound sense of confidence and vitality, she tackled challenges head-on, even venturing into the world of solo hiking.

And amidst her journey to wellness, Tammy found love in the most unexpected of places. With the support of her loving husband, she embraced a life filled with shared adventures and mutual encouragement.
